These fruit butters are made by slow-cooking fruit and cane sugar until it forms a thick creamy paste.   We then add real vanilla and spice to enhance these flavours. 

Great on toast or pancakes but Divine with fine cheese.

Worth A Try

I've never had a taste for cooked fruit, but I was gifted a jar at Christmas and I'm glad that I gave it a chance. It's made warm morning buttered bagels that much better. Or you can just eat it plain straight out the jar too. Great texture and taste, and it's very versatile. A wonderful chance to learn about/support a local business. I would recommend you try it out!

Adds depth of flavour

Tastes great: not too sweet and its unexpected tang adds depth to the flavour of whatever you pair it with. For me, it was too thin to be a butter, but worked great as a sauce. So far I’ve tried it on apple bread, apple pie, and banana cake. I expect it would also be great on a charcuterie board, or as an ice cream topping.
