In-Person Corporate Teambuilding: Canning Pickled Carrots

Johwanna will facilitate an online canning experience from supplies to execution for your corporate team. 

A digital experience with a personable and knowledgeable professional canner,   Johwanna Alleyne.

We will supply per person

• 1L mason jar with a two-piece lid
• 1lb organic carrots
• 2 teaspoons of pickling salt
• 2 tablespoons of custom-blended pickling spice or fresh garlic and dill.  
• Salt Brime
• recipe card and instructions w/a discount code for 10% at Mojo Jojo Pickles
• a paring tool, knife, and cutting board for each participant to use.

Two Hours of Instruction

This class will give you the confidence to read and follow pickle recipes on your own, setting you up for canning success in the future.

Instruction will be in English and can be done in French

Class size; 30 participants, each additional participant $60.
