Cinnamon Crabapple Butter

These fruit butters are made by slow-cooking fruit and cane sugar until it forms a thick creamy paste.   We then add real vanilla and spice to enhance these flavours. 

This one is sour and cinnamon like a candy apple at the fair. Great on toast or pancakes but Divine with fine cheese.
