Carrot & Ginger Chutney

This sweet and savoury chutney is a perfect accompaniment to grilled cheese, meat, sausage, fine cheese, and charcuterie. 

Sweet carrot, spicy fresh ginger, and onions are chopped fine and steeped in a brine of sugar, molasses, thyme, orange, and pepper.
