Balsamic Prune Chutney

This sweet and savoury chutney is a perfect accompaniment to grilled cheese, meat, sausage, fine cheese, and charcuterie. 

This pickle was made to accompany blue cheese!  It is reconstituted prune,  dark balsamic vinegar, orange juice, mandarin peel, and orange blossom.  The finish is warm spices and a splash of whisky.

This pickle ranks high in our sampling and tasting sessions.   It's Jojo's dream of a pickle.
