We will meet at Mojo's Jojo's Nosh & Quaff (9627-82 Avenue) where Jojo will supply all of the things you need to take home3 jars of decorated preserved lemons in swing-top jars and 5 cloves oranges.
This is a great way to learn to decorate your canned preserves with paper, cloth, and stationery supplies.

This class will give you the confidence to read and follow jam recipes on your own, setting you up for canning success in the future.
Canning Tools, provisions, and recipe books will be available for purchase at the end of the class.
Washrooms and beverages will be provided
The kitchen is at grade level on Whyte Ave but shop doors may be narrow for a chair. Participants should be able to stand or sit at counter height for 2 hours.
Instruction will be in English and can be taught in French if requested.
