This is a Candian Classic and I often hear that someone's got a secret recipe. I think I may know where the secret recipe comes from and I'm willing to share it with you to start your own traditions.
We will meet at Mojo's Jojo's Nosh & Quaff (9627-82 Avenue) where Jojo will supply all of the things you need to take home 3 jars of sweet Chow Chow relish.
This class is perfect for updating your old recipes or just hanging out with some friends.

8:30 Pack your cans and off you go!
This class will give you the confidence to read and follow pickling recipes on your own, setting you up for canning success in the future.
Washrooms and beverages will be provided
The kitchen is at grade level on Whyte Ave but shop doors may be narrow for a chair. Participants should be able to stand or sit at counter height for 2 hours.
Instruction will be in English and can be taught in French if requested.
