We're going to make this year's cranberry sauce and hostess gifts. We're going to make a premium version of a classic cranberry sauce, one that doesn't have high fructose corn syrup as a filler or jiggle when you plop it out of the can.
We will meet at Mojo's Jojo's Nosh & Quaff (9627-82 Avenue) where Jojo will supply all of the things you need to take home 3 decorated jars of Cranberry Sauce.
Take a holiday break for yourself, or come and have a little Xmas festival with your friends.

This class will give you the confidence to read and follow pickling recipes on your own, setting you up for canning success in the future.
Washrooms and beverages will be provided
The kitchen is at grade level on Whyte Ave but shop doors may be narrow for a chair. Participants should be able to stand or sit at counter height for 2 hours.
Instruction will be in English and can be taught in French if requested.
