Mother's Day Canning Class

An online class so you can gather together, learn something new and have some fun. 

You'll need;

• an internet connection an device with Google Meets installed. 
• 2cups frozen (then thawed) or fresh strawberries
•  4c granulated sugar
• Five 250ml canning jars
• 1 box of pectin 
• a cutting board
• knife
• a pot deep enough to cover your sealed jars with an inch of water when filled a stock pot, pasta pot, or Dutch over will suffice. 
• a set of canning tongs or a pair of sealed silicone gloves. 
• a source of heat to boil water
• a timer
• a tea towel 

Optional;

• 1tsp ground black pepper or 
• 1tsp vanilla (pure or essence)

I will supply; 

• recipe card and instructions w/a discount code for 10% at Mojo Jojo Pickles
• a 60 min class on the basics of water bath canning your freshly made jam. 

This is a great introduction to canning and pickling!

This class will give you the confidence to read and follow pickle recipes on your own,  setting you up for canning success in the future.
