We’ve been luck to have a few Saturdays at the Strathcona Farmer’s Market since January. It’s such a great market community! I was pleased and excited to have the Dill Pickled Turnip featured in their Pulled Pork Sandwich this week. It’s just what that pickle was made for. It was crunchy like an apple and added the sour and dilly flavour that cuts through the sweet with a Zing! Loved it.
