I always learn so much from the people in my Slow Food Edmonton convivium. They are a constant inspiration and this year’s Terra Madre Project was no exception.
Our president, Cynthia, came up with this great initiative for Terra Madre Day and it became such a great project. I was happy to spend an evening demonstrating a pickle making group to the women in the shelter, and later coming back to help prepare and share a Xmas meal made by Kathryn Joel of Get Cooking Edmonton.
